Donald Trump calls Saudi King to discuss oil supplies



Saudi Arabia's King Salman received a phone call from United States President Donald Trump on Saturday.

The pair discussed developing existing ties between the Kingdom and the US, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The efforts to maintain oil supplies to ensure the stability of the energy market and the growth of the global economy were also reviewed during the call.

The White House said Mr Trump and the king spoke on “issues of regional concern”.
