This Latin American restaurant dishes up a Peruvian twist to iftar. The menu’s soup selection includes Peruvian bean, chicken with quinoa and cream of Peruvian corn. Some of the sharing bites you’ll get are Peruvian olives, guacamole, corn tortillas, grilled aubergine salad, anticuchos, avocado maki rolls, heirloom tomato salad and quinoa vegetable stir fry. Main options are lamb shoulder with beans, olives and tomatoes; baby chicken with aji panca; salmon fillet with golden beetroot and cucumber and a sweetcorn cazuela with goat cheese and black garlic. This Lebanese restaurant at Yas Marina offers a five-course set menu every night for iftar. Start with lentil soup, followed by a selection of five cold appetisers that include dandelion salad and stuffed grape leaves, and four hot appetisers, including chicken liver in pomegranate molasses and Lebanese sausages. Then you’ll get a choice of chicken with rice or the chef’s special dish of the day.
