It costs to talk online anywhere in the world, but in Uganda there's a tax coming.
President Yoweri Museveni plans to implement a new levy in July on social media sites to raise revenues.
The government said it will charge all phones using platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook 200 Ugandan shillings per day - about 20 fils.
