US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Qatar on Monday. Mr Blinken, who has been accompanied by Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin, will meet senior officials to discuss how the failed war in Afghanistan may be reshaping US relationships in the Middle East.
