The Western Region will on Thursday experience harsh weather conditions, including strong winds and high seas.
The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology urged motorists to exercise caution since visibility will be low.
The winds could hit speeds of 45kph, kicking up sand and dust.
The harsh conditions are expected to subside on Thursday evening.
