Forecasters have warned of fresh winds and rough seas in offshore areas in the Arabian Gulf on Tuesday. They have also reported mist in Fujairah.
The National Centre for Meterology and Seismology said it will be fair to partly cloudy with moderate to fresh winds in general. As a result, there may be some blowing dust in exposed areas especially to the west. The temperature is going to fall considerably today with the maximum expected to be 43°C in the internal parts of the country. Coastal and mountainous areas would have a maximum temperature of 40°C and 37°C respectively.
Humidity levels could remain up to 90 per cent in internal parts of the country and 95 per cent in coastal areas with a chance of fog formation over some areas.
The wind speed could be up to 40kmph in internal parts and mountainous parts of the country and 50kmph in coastal area.
