UAE weather: temperatures rise in Abu Dhabi and Dubai as rain falls in northern emirates

ABU DHABI // Residents of Sharjah, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah can expect light rain as clouds gather and temperatures rise.

Moderate winds will become fresh at times, keeping temperatures pleasant but also picking up dust and causing haze in some areas.

Dust clouds are expected to the west of the capital with partially cloudy skies are forecast in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Temperatures will range from 15°C to 36°C along the coast, 12°C to 25°C in the mountains and 14°C to 35°C inland.

Humidity will peak at 80 per cent in coastal regions, 85 per cent inland and up to 60 per cent in the mountains.

Seas will be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf, but calmer in the Sea of Oman.
