UAE weather: Pleasant day but windy conditions to come

Pleasant weather is expected today with fair to partly cloudy conditions.

Light to moderate winds will freshen at times by noon over some exposed areas, while the humidity is likely to increase overnight over some interior areas, possibly leading to more fog and mist, according to The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.

Temperatures will range between 20°C and 37°C along the coast, with 19°C to 42°C expected inland. In the mountains temperatures will peak at 25°C and fall to 15°C.

The Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea will be slight to moderate.

Fresh north-westerly winds will start to gradually increase by Monday afternoon over western offshore areas, with a gradual fall in temperatures.

The wind will be strong at times by Monday night over the sea and exposed areas, causing blowing dust with poor visibility and rough seas.
