Residents can expect increasingly higher temperatures and hazy skies as they start their week, the national forecaster for the UAE said on Sunday.
The capital, along with Dubai and other coastal areas situated on the Arabian Gulf, are expected to see temperatures as high of 37°C with a low of 25°C and increasing throughout the day.
Inland, maximum temperatures of 43°C and lows of 23°C are expected.
By Sunday night and into early Monday morning, increased humidity may create foggy conditions over some coastal areas and inland.
Light winds are expected during the day, with light to moderate seas in both the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman.
Similar conditions are expected to continue for the next 24 hours.
