DUBAI // Motorists are urged to take caution on UAE roads because of windy weather on Monday.
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology warned motorists to reduce speed and leave enough distance between vehicles amid fresh winds blowing sand and dust.
Rough seas are also expected in the Arabian Gulf throughout Monday afternoon and evening, the weather bureau said.
Cloudy conditions and rain will persist through Tuesday with the weather turning “relatively unstable” across the country on Wednesday. The cloud cover will increase over coastal and northern areas, accompanied by rain on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Winds are likely to pick up on Wednesday, blowing dust and reducing visibility in some areas.
The humidity will increase on Monday night over coastal and internal areas.
The lowest temperature of 13°C was recorded over Jais Mountain early on Monday.
Temperatures will range from 17°C to 32°C along the coast, 10°C to 24°C in the mountains and 15°C to 35°C in the interior regions.

Libya's Gold
UN Panel of Experts found regime secretly sold a fifth of the country's gold reserves.
The panel’s 2017 report followed a trail to West Africa where large sums of cash and gold were hidden by Abdullah Al Senussi, Qaddafi’s former intelligence chief, in 2011.
Cases filled with cash that was said to amount to $560m in 100 dollar notes, that was kept by a group of Libyans in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
A second stash was said to have been held in Accra, Ghana, inside boxes at the local offices of an international human rights organisation based in France.
