ABU DHABI // Ras Al Khaimah residents were urged Wednesday morning to be on alert, as the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said weather condition may be unstable.
At 1.20am, the centre issued a warning that heavy fog will result in poor visibility, less than 1,000 metres in some coastal and inland areas. It also urged people to be extra cautious if engaging in outdoor activities.
The weather in the UAE is generally expected to be partly cloudy with light to moderate winds.
The centre said that humidity will increase during the night and early Thursday morning, reaching 95 per cent along the coast and inland.
Coastal areas are expected to have a maximum temperature of 33°C and minimum of 17°C, while internal areas are expected to have a maximum of 37°C and minimum of 19°C.
Waters are going to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
