UAE weather: Cloudy skies and humidity of up to 90 per cent

Forecasters predict very rough seas in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman on Tuesday, while partly cloudy weather is expected across the country.

Partly cloudy weather is expected across the country today, while the amount of clouds will increase over eastern and northern areas.

There will be slight falls in temperature over some areas, the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology has said.

Highs of about 25ºC are expected in some internal parts of the country, whereas mountain areas could have lows of about 10ºC.

Moderate to fresh winds, especially over the sea and exposed areas, have been forecast, and could cause blowing dust.

Very rough seas are expected in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of Oman on Tuesday, the centre said.

Wind speeds may reach of to 55 kilometres per hour in coastal areas, while the relative humidity will increase through the night and early morning hours over internal areas.

Humidity could reach up to 90 per cent in internal areas, 85 per cent in coastal areas and 60 per cent in mountain areas.
