Major traffic is plaguing the UAE's roads this morning, with several accidents causing congestion and long delays in Abu Dhabi. <br/> Roads were packed heading into Abu Dhabi on the Abu Dhabi - Al Ain Road, from the Mahwi area all the way to Maqtaa Bridge. And for those trying to get into the capital over Zayed Bridge, more delays await. An accident on Sheikh Zayed Street after Sheikh Zayed Bridge has been cleared, but long tailbacks and delays remain. The E20, Khaleej Al Arabi Street, was blocked inbound from Zayed University to Zayed Sports City. Salam Street was also heavily congested heading into the capital from Sas Al Nakhel to the Mangrove National Park, and outbound from the Sheikh Zayed Tunnel to Al Dhafra Street. A bus broke down on Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Street before Mohammed bin Khalifa Street, causing the right lane to be blocked outbound. <br/> In Dubai and Sharjah, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road has been plagued with bumper-to-bumper traffic from the Al Turrfa area in Sharjah to Mirdif City Centre, Abu Dhabi-bound, and Al Ittihad Street from Safeer Mall to Dubai International Airport.<br/> Congestion was reported on Al Meydan Street from Al Khail Road to Business Bay, and outbound from Al Hadiqa Street to the Godolphin Stables.
