UAE traffic: Delays across the country

Dubai police advised motorists to take care after a lorry crash was reported at 6:40am on Emirates Road near Al Maktoum Airport on Wednesday.

Slow moving traffic was reported today on many roads with the usual congestion on E311 Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Road from Al Turrfa in Sharjah to Nad Al Shaba in Dubai, on E611 - Emirates Road from Jawazia to Al Badia and on D61 - Hessa Street.

Commuters should expect delays on D89 - Airport Road, E11 - Al Ittihad Street from Sharjah Industrial Area 7 to Al Khabaisi , E44 - Al Awir Road from Al Warqa'a 1 to Ras Al Khor, on D50 - Al Amardhi Road from Wadi Al Amardi to Al Khawaneej 2 and on Al Khawaneej Road From Mirdif to Al Mizhar 2.

In Abu Dhabi, traffic was building on Al Falah Street from Contemporary Village to Desert Village, on E20 - Abu Dhabi - Swehan - Al Hiyar near Gate City, on Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street from Gate City to Abu Dhabi and on Abu Dhabi Gate City (West) around E22 - Abu Dhabi/Al Ain Road.
