Several roads across the UAE are clogged on Sunday morning as commuters’ head to work.
In the capital, a major crash took place on Al Maqta Street, causing major delays.
Drivers hiding towards Swehan area faced further jams.
In Dubai, heavy traffic started to build up after an accident was reported on E311 Mohammed bin Zayed Road towards Muhaisnah.
Vehicles were slowly moving on D83 Al Rebat Street and nearby International City in Dubai.
Motorists were caught in long queues in Al Qusais area as well.
The morning rush hour was at its peak on Al Ittihad road in Sharjah towards Dubai, with around 30 minutes’ delay being experienced by commuters.
A minor crash was reported in Sharjah Industrial area 15.

Close your windows and turn on the AC.
Shower or bath after being outside.
Wear a face mask.
Stay indoors when conditions are particularly poor.
If driving, turn your engine off when stationary.
