UAE sents over 20 tonnes of dates to Thailand

Over 20 tonnes of dates have been distributed to Thailand from various UAE organisations.

ABU DHABI // Over 20 tonnes of dates have been distributed to Thailand from various UAE organisations.

The Charge d’Affaires of the UAE Embassy in Thailand, Ali Al Mazrouei, has overseen the distribution of the dates, some of which came from the Emirates Red Crescent, to Islamic centres, charity institutions, and mosques.

In coordination with local Islamic associations, the embassy also oversaw the distribution of dates to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Benefeciaries expressed their appreciation to the UAE that marked the occasion of Ramadan.
