DUBAI // Two drivers were killed and seven people were injured on Dubai roads in two separate crashes on Friday.
Police said both accidents were caused by drivers failing to stop at red lights.
The first crash happened near Festival City, when an Indian woman drove through a red light, killing herself and injuring two others.
The second crash happened at about 9pm at the junction of Beirut and Amman roads, when an Indian minibus driver jumped a red light and was killed. One passenger was seriously injured and four others suffered moderate to minor injuries.
