If you need advice on how to stay healthy during Ramadan, help is only a tweet away.
From today, Dubai Health Authority (DHA) experts will be available every Thursday morning, on Twitter, to answer questions.
The "twitter clinics" will run from 9:30 am to 11 a.m and any Twitter users who want to ask a question can send a tweet to @DHA_Dubai.
Today's expert is Wafa Ayesh, head of clinical nutrition, who will answer questions about healthy nutrition and fasting tips.

A little about CVRL
Founded in 1985 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory (CVRL) is a government diagnostic centre that provides testing and research facilities to the UAE and neighbouring countries.
