UAE traffic: heavy mist leads to accidents across Dubai



DUBAI // Lowered visibility due to heavy fog on Monday morning caused multiple accidents and heavy delays on the roads in several parts of emirate.

An accident on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road after Mirdif City Centre is causing tailbacks to motorists heading to Abu Dhabi, according to @TrafficDXB.

Another accident on Ras Al Khor Road near Ras Al Khor industrial area towards Dubai is causing congestion with moderate traffic on Al Itihad Road heading from Sharjah to Dubai.

Motorists were met with the usual morning rush hour congestion on the Maliha Road intersection and the Emirates Road intersection.

Traffic build-up on Shiekh Zayed Road near the World Trade Centre caused a 30 minute delay to motorists heading towards the capital.
