UAE traffic: Delays in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

In Abu Dhabi, traffic is moving slowly on the E10 from Reem Island to the Eastern Mangroves. There are further delays inbound on the E20 Al Ain road near the junction with 16th street by Zayed University.

Police have cleared a crash before Sheikh Zayed Bridge on Sheikh Zayed Road but delays could remain.

In Dubai, there are some southbound delays on the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) before the E77 junction near Dubai Investment Parks.

There is heavy congestion on the Ras Al Khor Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) junction near Al Warqaa.

A crash near Zabeel Park has caused delays on the Sheikh Zayed Road near the World Trade Centre roundabout.

There is the usual heavy southbound traffic on the border between Sharjah and Dubai. It begins at the S106 junction near Al Nahda to the D91 junction near the Abu Hail metro station in Hor Al Anz.

The Sheikh Zayed tunnel in Abu Dhabi will be closed every night, from midnight to 5.30am, until Saturday.

On Friday, the tunnel will be closed until 11.30am as upgrade work is being carried out. Traffic will be redirected to the Sea Palace tunnel, said Abu Dhabi Police.
