Standstill traffic on Monday after Abu Dhabi road accidents

Abu Dhabi saw standstill traffic on Monday morning as accidents held up vehicles on both main bridges.

Google Maps recorded several accidents on the road to Al Maqta bridge. Police have been contacted for confirmation.

Vehicles were bumper to bumper on both Sheikh Zayed and Al Maqta bridges with heavy traffic on the island and off-island side.
