A minibus carrying staff from a cleaning company flipped over in Fujairah this weekend, killing three and injuring 16 others.
The accident, on Saturday, took place in Al Qiriya. Two Sri Lankan nationals and the driver, from Bangladesh, were killed.
"There were 16 injured, who were taken to a hospital," said a spokesman for Fujairah police. "Some are critical, and some are recovering."
A senior official at Al Shamaleyah, a company based in Khorfakkan, Sharjah, confirmed that all the passengers were employees. No information is available yet on when the bodies of those killed will be repatriated.
