ABU DHABI // A teenage driver has been arrested after a video of him driving recklessly on wet ground and hitting a pedestrian was found circulating on social media. The 19-year-old was driving the unregistered car in wet weather near a school in Al Shamkha on Tuesday when he lost control, swerved and hit the pavement before hitting the person, police said.
