The Crown Prince of Dubai has urged people to exercise and embrace the outdoors - and quit smoking and swearing. In a post on Instagram, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed is pictured climbing in Paris. Using emojis, he urged his 7.9 million followers to add exercise, the outdoors and positivity to their lives, and cut out smoking, screen-time and bad language. Sheikh Hamdan is currently travelling abroad and sharing images of his adventures. He posted a picture from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont looking over Montmartre. One of the French capital's largest green spaces, it is famed for its caves and waterfalls, a suspended bridge, and views of the city. "This is one of your best posts ever. Climb high, embrace nature and share with everyone," wrote one follower, Tereza Roux. Last week Sheikh Hamdan was in Tokyo and shared an image of him wearing a montsuki kimono and of walking the streets of the metropolis.
