SHARJAH // A new Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority service centre in Al Nasseriya is set to cut down response times to service disruption in 40 high density areas in Sharjah.
Sewa director, Dr Rashid Alleem, said that Al Nasseriya centre was originally opened to receive and register residents’ complaints, but it has been upgraded to become a full centre manned by technical and customer service staff.
“The new centre will operate seven days a week and around the clock, technical staff can respond quickly to electricity and water service disruptions in these high density areas.”
He added that centre will handle complaints in two minutes.
Residents in nearby areas can also pay their utility bills at the new centre.
The director urged residents to contact the centre to report any service disruptions.
