‘Seeing is Believing’ racing duo to run Dubai Marathon

ABU DHABI / / Racing duo Henry Wanyoike and Joseph Kibunja will be running a 10K race this month.

The duo will participate in the Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon on January 23.

Mr Wanyoike, who is visually impaired, will be connected to Mr Kibunja throughout the race as a guide.

He will be guided through the obstacles, turns and know when to accelerate with the help of Mr Kibunja.

The are both ‘Seeing is Believing’ ambassadors, a programme that aims to raise amounts of money to eliminate avoidable blindness in the next five years.
