Red Crescent steps up Ramadan aid in Tunisia

2,000 food packages to be distributed to families in the north-west of the country.

DUBAI // The Emirates Red Crescent has distributed 200 Ramadan aid packages to underprivileged families in the Tunisian town of Tuwarif.

The ERC worked in cooperation with the Tunisian Union of Social Solidarity and the Tunisian Red Crescent.

A further 2,000 food packages are to be distributed to families in the north-west of the country and a number of other provinces.
