One of two policemen accused of robbing two men told the Abu Dhabi Criminal Court that he was detaining the men when he asked them to empty their pockets.

BS said he then forgot about the money, which he kept in his car. He added that he gave his colleague, HB, Dh800 of the total Dh1,300. HB denied the accusation, saying he borrowed the money from BS. The case is adjourned until Tuesday.
