Abu Dhabi Police have sent 40,000 emails ahead of National Day warning that "uncivilised" behaviour and dangerous car decorations will result in fines of up to Dh2,000 and 12 black points.
RAK Police also warned motorists that decorations should be inoffensive and may not obscure licence plates.
