New running track opened on corniche in Abu Dhabi

A new 4.2-kilometre long walking track along the Abu Dhabi Corniche was opened for public, Abu Dhabi Municipality announced on Monday.

ABU DHABI // A new 4.2-kilometre running track along the Abu Dhabi Corniche has opened for the public, Abu Dhabi Municipality announced on Monday.

Work on the track, constructed at a cost of Dh4 million, was started in December 2015.

It comprises two lanes - one for running and the other for walkers. It starts from Mina Zayed and ends at intersection A7 on Abu Dhabi Corniche.
