The Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation appointed its first “ambassador of happiness” on Sunday. It is part of its initiative to support the Government’s vision to promote happiness.
Meera Al Mheiri, an engineer inspector with Fanr, was recently named a member of the Emirates Youth Council to identify challenges facing youths and develop strategies to overcome them.
The council is under the oversight of Shamma Al Mazrui, the new Minister of State for Youth Affairs.
Ms Al Mheiri has a degree in mechanical and nuclear engineering from Khalifa University.
