UMM AL QUWAIN// A lorry caught fire while being driven on Emirates Road on Wednesday .
The driver was heading towards Sharjah when the fire started.
Umm Al Quwain Civil Defence teams were called to the scene at 4.30pm where they extinguished the fire and rescued the driver.
No injuries were sustained and an investigation is under way to determine the cause.
