RAS AL KHAIMAH // Hundreds of people were forced out of their homes on Sunday when a residential building was evacuated after reports of a gas leak.
More than 200 people were removed from the 16-storey building, after a resident reported smelling gas.
RAK Civil Defence cut electricity to the building until they discovered the source of the leak.
No injuries were reported.
