SHARJAH // Forecasters have issued a weather warning on Thursday as heavy fog reduced visibility to less than 50m in parts of the country. Thick fog was reported on Reem Island, in Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Motorists were urged to drive extra cautiously and to avoid speeding due to the poor conditions. Courtesy National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology Throughout the remainder of the day, partly cloudy weather is expected with potential rain forecast along the coast and on the islands, according to the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology. Winds will be light to moderate, freshening at times over the sea and temperatures will range between 14°C and 27°C in coastal areas. Inland temperatures will range between 12°C to 28°C and 16°C to 19°C is expected in the mountains. Weather forecast for Thursday. Seas will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf, becoming rough at night. In the Sea of Oman, conditions will be moderate.
