A six-member board has been formed to inspect the development of the new electronic medical records project being rolled out across Dubai Health Authority (DHA) facilities.
The scheme is the foundation for moving towards a paperless environment in the health sector.
To help make that happen, an 11-strong steering committee has also been nominated to take on responsibility for operational plans.
The project is being headed by Amani Al Jassmi, director of information technology at DHA.
