ABU DHABI // Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, held a phone discussion with Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, on Saturday to discuss relations between the two countries.
State news agency Wam reported that the discussion covered their cooperation on a number of issues of mutual interest. Both leaders praised their constructive ties and they expressed wishes to further enhance cooperation between the two countries in the future.
The parties tackled the overall developments in the regional and international arenas and exchanged views on the importance of the efforts being exerted to preserve security and stability in the region.
