Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has called on "exceptional executives" to enrol in a programme that trains the country's future leaders. The Vice President and Ruler of Dubai posted the call for top business executives to sign up for the Impactful Leaders Programme, at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, on Twitter on Saturday. "We seek new competencies, fresh blood … with the passion to serve our nation,” Sheikh Mohammed said, as he shared a video. More than 600 executives have graduated from the programme since it was launched 15 years ago. Among the graduates were nine ministers and 35 directors general and executives. The programme was designed in collaboration with three international universities and aims to empower leaders based on the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Framework. The overall aim is to develop the abilities of young Emirati leaders to push the UAE's ambitions forward. “The mission is big, but our endeavours are bigger,” Sheikh Mohammed said in the video.
