Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, met Saifuddin Bin Abdullah, the Foreign Minister of Malaysia, in the country's capital on Tuesday. The minister passed on greetings from the King of Malaysia, saying Sultan Abdullah Ahmad Shah hoped to strengthen bilateral ties between his country and the UAE. The Malaysian King’s envoy said his government's was keen to enhance and deepen relations in various areas, reported state news agency Wam. The meeting was attended by Dr Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Affairs Authority; and Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Crown Prince Court of Abu Dhabi. The Malaysian King last visited the UAE in November when he met Dr Sultan Al Jaber, Minister of State, who brief him on the newly-announced <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/business/technology/world-s-first-artificial-intelligence-university-to-open-in-abu-dhabi-1.924350">Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence</a> in Abu Dhabi. A few months earlier, Sheikh Mohamed <a href="https://www.thenational.ae/uae/government/sheikh-mohamed-bin-zayed-attends-king-of-malaysia-s-coronation-1.892472">attended the King's coronation</a> in Kuala Lumpur.
