The Ministry of Labour will mark International Labour Day, May 1, with a 10-day celebration.
Celebrations organised for workers will start on Thursday with a five-kilometre fun run on Yas Island.
More than 1,000 workers are expected to participate and winners will receive cash prizes.
Shows and activities are planned and medical exams will be made available in labourer accommodations.
