ABU DHABI // The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has opened two parks in Aden as part of its project to develop and renovate open areas in the city.
Establishment of the two parks aims to help the people of Yemen, meet the entertainment needs of society and alleviate the repercussions of war, according to Wam, the state news agency.
This is part of the ERC’s objective to support the parks and gardens sector in Yemen as part of development projects initiated after the liberation of Aden.
The continuation of aid from the UAE, particularly from the ERC, will contribute significantly to restore normalcy and alleviate the suffering of the people in Aden, said Adel Al Yazidi a representative of the company that develops gardens and parks.
