Dubai Ruler meets with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince - in pictures



The Vice President and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi met on Monday to discuss important national issues and ways of ensuring sustainable development.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, spoke at Al Bahar Palace.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed also met Yang Jiechi, Special Representative of the President of China, which is a major trading partner for the Emirates.

In further key meetings on Monday, Dr Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, received Martin Griffiths, the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Yemen.

State news agency Wam said the meeting discussed political developments in Yemen and the efforts to reach a peaceful solution to the crisis.
