Dh900 million will be funnelled into new projects across the UAE, it was announced on Tuesday.
A committee charged with following up on the initiatives of UAE President Khalifa approved the funding during a meeting at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court.
Led by Jabr Al Suwaidi, director-general of the court, the committee discussed progress on Mohamed bin Zayed Residential City Project and Sheikh Khalifa Central Hospital in Fujairah.
Future road projects, including the construction of a road between Wadi Al Qor, the Al Habbab Roundabout and Nizwa Road, along with Dubai-Hatta Road and Sharjah-Kalba Road, were also discussed on Tuesday.
