Ajman charity foundation carries out winter aid campaign

The Humaid bin Rashid Charity Foundation in Ajman carried out an initiative in cooperation with the Department of Municipality and Planning, in a step to launch social initiatives and implement benevolent charity work. The foundation distributed winter clothing, blankets and various other aid for its winter campaign. One hundred fifty workers in the central slaughterhouse and in the public health hazards unit of the public health and environment administration at the Department of of Municipality and Planning received aid. Khaled Al Hossan, executive manager at the Public Health and Environment Administration, praised the initiative to benefit low-income workers. Sheikha Azza bint Abdullah, director general of the foundation, said that the role of the foundation is to facilitate the implementation of charitable campaigns and spread the culture of volunteerism.
