UAE weather tops out in mid 20s

Temperatures across the country are likely to top out in the mid-20s on Friday.

In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the forecast is for 25°C.

Along the coast and islands the maximum is likely to be 25°C with 85 per cent humidity, and the mountains are expected to only hit 17°C with 70 per cent humidity.

The interior could reach 26°C with up to 90 per cent humidity.

The National Centre of Meteorology said Friday would be fair to partly cloudy at times over the sea, islands and some northern areas with a probability of light rainfall.
Temperatures will tend to decrease slightly.
The light to moderate winds, becoming gradually fresh by afternoon and strong at times over the sea, might cause blowing sand and dust in suspension over the far Western areas.
The sea will be moderate to rough, becoming very rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in the Oman Sea.
