Rain fell across parts of Abu Dhabi on Tuesday morning as storm clouds gathered across the country. The National Centre of Meteorology issued an alert on Tuesday morning forecasting rainfall in the capital. The centre reported light rain in Abu Dhabi city, Al Shawamekh and Al Shelaylah. Ominous clouds hung over the skies in Dubai, with the emirate braced for possible rain during the day. The NCM forecasted a decrease in temperatures across the country. The mercury plunged to as low as 7°C on Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah. Moderate winds will cause blowing dust. Temperatures are expected to reach up to 27°C in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It will be rough becoming moderate at night and Wednesday morning in the Arabian Gulf and moderate in the Sea of Oman.
