ABU DHABI // As many began to think winter is coming to an end, forecasters predicted more rain and heavy cloud for the coming week. Showers are expected to start from Monday evening and continue into Tuesday, with cloud cover expected over coastal, northern and island areas. Temperatures are also due to fall in the western areas. Winds in the next two days are expected to be light to moderate, with conditions in the Arabian Gulf rough at times of higher cloud activity. Calmer seas are expected in the Sea of Oman. By Wednesday mist is expected over inland areas with rain over western areas and the islands forecast by the evening. Temperatures through the week will be moderate. Scattered showers are expected to continue throughout the week, up until Thursday and Friday. Temperatures on Monday will range between 15°C and 36°C along the coast, 14°C to 35°C inland and 12°C to 35°C in the mountains. Weather forecast for Monday.
