UAE weather: hot and dusty Saturday in store

Temperatures forecast to reach 38°C in Abu Dhabi, 40°C in Dubai

It will be fair in general but with low cloud to the east of the UAE on Saturday, according to the National Centre for Meteorology.

This lingering cloud will not reduce the heat though.

In Abu Dhabi, temperatures of 38°C are forecast, while in Dubai the mercury could reach 40°C.

It will be humid in the evening and into Sunday morning over some coastal areas.

Light to moderate winds will freshen at times during the day, resulting in eddying dust.

The sea will be calm in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
