Forecasters have issued another fog alert for the morning rush hour over Ghiyathi.

The area has now faced over a week of fog affecting motorists.

The National Centre of Meteorology has issued the warning which is only due to last until mid morning.

Commuters need to take care. Earlier in the week  the speed limit was reduced on Sheikh Zayed Road due to dense fog when visibility dropped to 100m in areas.

Later in the day temperatures are expected to remain at highs of 27C before they rise into the 30s over the weekend.

But next week will see a drastic dip to the lower 20s.

The weather will be mainly cloudy with light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds.
