Weather conditions in Dubai on Monday will be mostly clear and sunny with gentle winds.
Temperatures are due to peak at 40°C shortly after midday, accompanied by gentle breezes of up to 20kph.
The forecast for Abu Dhabi promises a similar day of clear skies and light breezes.
Temperatures are also predicted to hit 40°C in the afternoon, with lighter winds of around 19kph.
The National Centre of Meteorology is predicting fair conditions for the UAE in general, but predicted a chance of some fog and mist forming in coastal areas.
The Centre said humidity will increase by night into Tuesday morning.
Night time temperatures could drop to around 29°C in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over the course of Monday night and the early hours of Tuesday morning.
