UAE weather: Dubai and Abu Dhabi set for sun and light winds

A low pressure system to the south of the country could bring increased humidity to Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Tuesday

Temperatures are due to hit 41°C in the afternoon, accompanied by moderate winds of up to 24kph.

The forecast for Abu Dhabi is a similar day of sun and a light north-westerly breeze, with temperatures slightly higher, peaking at 42° in the afternoon.

But winds are forecast to be lighter, peaking at only 18kph in the early evening.

Some convective clouds may accompany the highest temperatures during the afternoon in both cities, and low pressure to the south could mean increased humidity.
